Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Whether you are single or taken, I am pretty sure all of you have a fabulous plan for tonight and this article is just to give you a little last minute Valentine’s Outfit Inspiration.
The norm on V-Day is to wear a pretty, girly red or pink dress. I like to keep away from clichés so, this year I have decided to dress up another way.
Ever since I bought this pair of Hafsa Lodi jeans, I am absolutely obsessed with it and try to style it differently every time I wear it. The jeans have Arabic printed on them with patches of cute animals and rainbows! It even has decadent pearls around the patchwork and the pockets that make it look vintage and more formal than normal jeans.
The jeans are obviously the highlight of this outfit so I paired it with a maroon bodysuit from New Look. If you know me, I am a big fan of body suits, because they show off your curves in all the right places! I picked maroon as the color, since I wanted to have some element of red in my outfit on the day that we celebrate LOVE.
I wore my nude heels from Aldo, which are perfect and comfortable to wear for work or a night out of dancing even! I chose to carry this Envelope Clutch from Aldo Accessories, because it has a heart, as well as a Paris stamp…perfect details for Valentines, don’t you think?
I kept the jewelry to a minimum, since I wanted the jeans to stand out. I wore my stud earrings, a delicate and small owl necklace from Accessorize, a chunky ring from Swatch and my Cartier silver watch.
Since Valentine’s Day has fallen on a working day this year, I made sure the outfit I put together was one that could easily be transformed into evening wear by either removing your formal jacket (that could easily be added to this outfit) or changing into a pair of patchwork jeans from your formal pants.
Hope you enjoyed reading this post and the way I styled my Valentine’s Day outfit.
